
Goat Walks on the Rock is a one kilometre, one hour leisure and unique one of a kind experience with the Button Adventures Goat Gang members; Pippa, Penelope, Caroline, Fiona, Priscilla, Heather and Claressa (although she complains a lot) along with their human Mom, Coach Lita.
The walk takes place along a 1 KM loop along the gorgeous Broadcove coast line.
Leave the hustle and bustle of your life and worries behind. Unwind, hike, and have hands educational and entertaining knowledge about the curious, cute, friendly and snuggly nature of Nigerian Dwarf goats.

Is this boxing seminar just for women?
No it is not just for women. Men are welcome as well. I have just been coaching mostly women over my 20 + years of coaching. This is why my messaging speaks towards women's needs.
Do I have to be the age of 50 yrs or older to attend?
No. Not at all. Just the level of intensity will be geared towards people over the age of 50 who are at the beginning stages of their fitness journey. All ages are welcome!
What happens if I can not attend the whole three hours live?
This is also an on demand beginner boxing masterclass. Which means it will be recorded and sent out shortly after we finish live. Everyone who registers will receive the recording, and SMART HEART so You Don't FART coaching system. However, you will get instant feedback and direction when you attend live. So there is way more benefit to attending live. Plus there is a bonus to be announced at the end of the live masterclass.
What Equipment will I need?
Indoor Shoes. Comfortable Clothing. Water. Yoga Mat or towel for stretching. This whole masterclass is about beginner low intensity boxing techniques, internal motivation and mindset coaching. So no fancy equipment is needed. Just a willingness to shut out the world for 3 hrs and focusing on developing new skills that are similar to the #1 Olympic Sport by ESPN sports.

Is this Contact Boxing to the head?
No. As a coach with over 20 years experience, and a nursing background. Safety is my #1 priority. I never allow my clients to take contact to the head without a certain skill level. This is a beginner fundamentals boxing seminar.

This challenge is not about perfection, but progress. Using the skills and principles by the #1 rated Olympic sport, by ESPN. You can develop athletic like strength, balance, memory and energy, without the contact of the sport. You just gotta focus, and complete the exercises. Everyday the challenge only takes 30 minutes to complete.

How do I win the prizes?

Do you have to have to be a woman to participate in this punch positive 5 day challenge?
NO. As I coach I work with a lot of women, so my messages are geared towards women's needs. Men are welcome as well. Please just note that as a coach safety, respect and support is my top focus.
What happens if I am already scheduled during the live daily 20 minute movement class?
No worries. Too many years the gym, and coaches schedules have dictated when you show up for your health and fitness. This challenge is about discovering the fun with on demand health and fitness challenge. Which means each class will be recorded, emailed and shared on the Facebook (FB) group shortly after the live session is done.
How do I track my points to win one of the three $25 gift cards?
You then have 24hrs to complete each day of the challenge. For example Day 1 is Monday. Monday's challenge check list will be mailed out, and shared in the Facebook group. You then have 24hrs until Tuesday September 30th to complete that check list. Then the google form that tracks your points, will be locked. The only exception to the 24 hrs will be on Friday October 3rd. You will have until Saturday 930 am EST/11am NL to track your 5th and final day of points. Then coach Lita will tally the points, and announce the live winners of the $25 gift cards on the FB group.

Lita Mae Button is a Motivational Speaker, Fitness coach, and future published author.
