I had reservations going into the seminar, thinking I wouldn’t be able to do it, but I can! Whoohoo!! Everything about the seminar was great. The pace was perfect for learning and reinforcing skills, and Coach Lita’s instruction was spot on, meeting the needs of each learner. "Boxing was something I had wanted to do since childhood. I went into the women’s boxing seminar with the goals of learning the basics of boxing and hopefully continuing to practice. I had no reservations about the seminar and was excited to learn. I really enjoyed the full 4 hours, as Coach Lita is an amazing instructor. During the seminar, I learned the proper boxing stance and discovered that there are many parallels between boxing and life. I also learned some key life values and realized that boxing is a science. My desire for boxing has grown significantly. Coach Lita is a true professional with incredible teaching ability. I am hoping strongly that I will be able to continue being coached by her."

"I decided to attend the all-women’s boxing seminar to get more focused on my health and wellness. Going into the seminar, I wasn’t sure I would be able to keep up with the class. "I’ve always enjoyed watching boxing, but I had never tried it myself. My goal for attending the women’s boxing seminar was to learn something new, find my power again, and have fun while doing it. I didn’t come with a partner, so I wasn’t sure how it would work, but we switched it up, and we all enjoyed each other’s company. Inclusion is a core value of mine, and Coach Lita excelled at making me feel included. I really enjoyed the gentle yet powerful coaching, and Coach Lita helped me stop second-guessing myself.
